Breathing on the Air (2015)

  • Detail.

Using just the breath—inhaling and exhaling—of radio hosts as they report on police brutality against black men, “Breathing on the Air” presents a visceral experience of the broadcasted body against the loss of life being discussed.

Breathing on the Air, (2015). Plexiglass frames, cellphones, headphones, and loop audio.
