This work focuses on the shifting atmospheric environment outside of the plane and the sounds and conversations inside the plane during a flight over the Atlantic Ocean. Moving from New York, the Empire State, toward Hungary, formally part of the Eastern Bloc, Bearing East explores the ambiguity and fuzziness between territorialized spaces.
